NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap .38) of the laws of Kenya and following an authority and an order under Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. E102/2022 in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Ngong Law Courts, to the public/owners/custodians of motor vehicles, motorcycles and assorted stores which are lying idle and unclaimed within Karen Police yard, to collect the said motor vehicles , motorcycles and assorted stores at the said yard within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of this notice.
