THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Kanyanjua Mutura (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.62 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Muruaki/1623, and whereas the senior resident magistrate’s court at Engineer in succession cause No. 11 of 2015, has issued letters of administration to (1) Robert Mugwe Kanyanjua alias Mugwe Kanyanjua Mutura (ID/2956956) and (2) Paul Wachuma Kanyanjua, and whereas the title deed issued earlier to peter Kanyanjua Mutura (deceased) have been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Kanyanjua Mutura (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
