THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS M’Nchani Rware (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land situate in the district of Meru, known as (1) Igoji/Kianjogu/499 and (2) Igoji Mweru II/1062, and whereas the High Court of Kenya in succession Cause No. 45 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Agnes Gakuru M’Nchani, and whereas the said court has executed land application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL 19, and whereas the land title deeds issued in respect of the said piece of land in the name of M’Nchani Rware (deceased) are lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL 19 in the name of Agnes Gakuru M’Nchani, and upon such registration the land title deeds issued earlier to the said M’Nchani Rware (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
