THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Muguna M’Ruchiu (ID/2492554) and (2) Stephano Guantai M’Turuchiu (ID/2492606), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 1.004 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Meru, registered under title No. Kiirua/Naari/1366, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
