THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Richard Maina Mwangi, of P.O. Box 146, Mugunda in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.405 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the Laikipia District, registered under title No. Euasonyiro Suguroi Block VI/1801, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a second edition of the register, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
