THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Njau Kariuki (ID/3366873), of P.O. Box 239, Gatundu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.62 hectare or thereabouts, registered under title No. Kiganjo/Kiamwangi/1895, situate in the Gatundu District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a second edition of the register, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
