THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Magdalene Mutugi Kahura (ID/16053231), of P.O. Box 394, Thogoto in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Dagoretti/Thogoto/1816, situate in the Kiambu District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
