WHEREAS Lydia Mbithe Mwaniki (ID/1819219), of P.O. Box 1975, Embu in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute interest of all that piece of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Mbeere North, registered under title No. Embu/Makutano/106, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
