WHEREAS Ninaose Limited, of P.O. Box 41287–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold interest from Vipingo Ridge Limited of all that piece of land, known as Villa No. B16, L.R. No. 24880, situate in the Kilifi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as CR. 68730/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
