REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Mburu Karanja, of P.O. Box 74, Limuru in the Republic of Kenya, is the administrator of the estate of Karanja Mburu (deceased), vide court at Kiambu in succession No. 82 of 1984, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 145/28 original No. 145/6/25, situate in Kiambu Municipality in Kiambu District Area, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 36506, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
