Box 52-10200, Murang' a in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kamau Henry P. Maim, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kamau Henry P. Maina and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Enginia Henry Gaate, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Enginia Henry Gaate only.
