PURSUANT to the provisions of section 11 (c) and section 163 (I) of the Energy Act, 2019, the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory
Authority notifies the general public that it has considered the tariff application made by Dream EP Global Kenya Limited for a mini-grid site in Remba Island, Homabay County and approved applicable tariffs, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 1st April, 2022 as follows:
