REGISTRATION

WHEREAS sufficient evidence has been edduced to show that the land parcel No. KSM/Kamagaga/4925, was transferred to Odera Nyagoro in unclear circumstances, and whereas the said title holder has been asked to surrender it back to the land registrar for him to rectify the register without response from the said Odera Nyangoro, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the said register shall be rectified, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
