TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 31 OF 2019 By (1) Beatrice Ndela Kichengela and (2) Osborn Mwasi Mwakijala, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wisbon Mwakijala Mwasi alias Wisbonn Mwakijala Mwasi, who died at Sagalla, on 17th April, 1999. CAUSE No. 2 OF 2020 By Heren Mwakesho Frank Mwakesi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwakesi Mwazige Mkifumbu alias Mwakesi Mwazighe Mukifumbu alias Mwakesi Mwazighe Mwakifumbu, who died at Ndome, on 25th October, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
