TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E61 OF 2022 By (1) Pamela Achieng Otieno and (2) Ruth Atieno Otieno, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Otieno alias Joshwa Otieno Orwa, who died on 2nd March, 1998. CAUSE No. E63 OF 2022 By Maurice Ooko Okongo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rubeka Onyango Okongo Chalis, who died on 15th June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2022 By Peter Omato Odoyo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Odoyo Gogo alias Odoyo Gogo, who died on 1st July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
