CAUSE No. El0 OF 2022 By Samwel Oigara Mauti, of P.O. Box 312, Nyansiongo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Chief Mauti Mochama, who died at District Hospital, Nyamira in Kenya, on 17th March, 2021. CAUSE No. El2 OF 2022 By Meshack Mokua Ragira, of P.O. Box 171-40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paris Ragira Ogoro, who died at Engorwa Sub- location, on 7th May, 1990. CAUSE No. El4 OF 2022 By Peninah Nyanchama Clement, of P.O. Box 59, Gesima in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clement Stephen Ongati, who died at Keroka Teaching and Referral Hospital, on 24th September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
