TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. 23 OF 2022 By Rhoda Simbe Muyera Owuor, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Domtila Ombai Oyolo, who died at Nyamninia Sub-location, on 8th August, 2011. CAUSE No. 109 OF 2022 By Amos Onyango Andiwo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Andiwo Waganda alias Andiwo Waganda, who died on 3rd January, 1995. CAUSE No. 147 OF 2022 By Jenipher Awino Arara, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Blasie Awuor Arara, who died at Anyiko Sub- location, on 15th October, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
