TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E37 OF 2022 By John Asudi Manas Obuya, the deceased's nynhew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okech Ochieng, who died at East Kolunje, on 17th August, 1995. CAUSE No. E38 OF 2022 By George Ochieng Omire, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Omire Onyango, who died on 24th September, 1992. CAUSE No. E39 OF 2022 By Duncan Joseph Okongo Owalo, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odayo Owala, who died on 4th October, 1996. CAUSE No. E43 OF 2022 By ( I ) Millicent Auma Ochar and (2) Aggrey Onyango, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochar Ochol, who died on 6th May, 2006. CAUSE No. E50 OF 2022 By Jane Anyango Gumba, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Gumba Onjiko alias Gumba Onjiko, who died at Kitmikayi Sub-location, on 16th March, 2003. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
