TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 9 OF 2022 By Joel Mulige Musyimi, of P.O. Box 74-90125, Kikima in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Mukene Katete, late of Kiliungu, Uvuu Location, who died there on 8th January, 1998. 3rd June, 2022 CAUSE No. 18 OF 2022 By (l)Josephat Kimanthi Mwololo and (2) Musyawa Daniel Makau, both of P.O. Box 74-90125, Kikima in Kenya, the deceased's grandson and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabeth Mukonyo Katete alias Mukonyo Katete, late of Mutitu, who died on 24th August, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
