TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E86 OF 2022 CAUSE No. E49 OF 2022 By Florence Njeri Githaiga, of P.O. Box 30, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Elijah Mwangi Nguu, who died at Mt. Kenya ACK Hospital in Kenya, on 31st July, 2004. CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2022 By Sophia Kariuko Josphat, of P.O. Box 224, Kerugoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Esther Wakiburia Nderi, who died at Kiaruri, on 14th July, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
