TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. El4 OF 2022 By Richard Muriithi Misheck, of P.O. Box 117, Wang'uru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karia Misheck Ciuri, who died at Kiarukungu, on 24th February, 2019. CAUSE No. E166 OF 2022 By Teresia Wangari Kariuki, of P.O. Box 63, Kagio in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mutugi Kariuki alias James Kariuki, who died at Kithumbu, on 21st March, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
