TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 193 OF 2022 By Juliana Ongere Ligure, of P.O. Box 106-40122, Awasi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Ligure Augo, who died on 10th August, 1979. CAUSE No. 194 OF 2022 By Evans Ochieng Okeyo, of P.O. Box 1226, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anjilina Kira Okeyo, who died at Nhyamware North, on 6th July, 1987. CAUSE No. E208 OF 2022 By Philip Ongondo Owuor, of P.O. Box 1-40122, Awasi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabina Achola Owuor, who died at New Nyanza Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 18th April, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
