CAUSE No. E45 OF 2022 By Jacob Opiyo Oluoch, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oluoch Ngeso, who died on 20th September, 1982. CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2022 By George Omondi Wadegu, of P.O. Box 53, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Wadegu Ateng, who died at Kajulu Koker, on 12th April, 1998. CAUSE No. E48 OF 2022 By Dickens Hongo Okongo, of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Okongo Hongo, who died at St. Monica Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd February, 2002. Box 10, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Ouma Olaka, who died at South Kowe Sub-location, on 28th March, 2002.
