TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E177 OF 2021 By James Aywa Omukuba, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Omukuba Manyasi alias Alfred Omukuba, who died at Ebusakami Junction, on 3rd September, 2009. CAUSE No. E27 OF 2022 By Charles Omuguti Ambetsa, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Herbert Omusula Ambetsa alias Harbert Omusula Abetsa, who died at Ituti in 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
