TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E32 OF 2022 By (1) Arnold Katana Kibogo and (2) Lenus Karisa Kibogo, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibogo Bikanga Kibogo, who died at Kilifi, on 17th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
