TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E3 OF 2022 By Philip Mwakazi Kilango, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patiance Mwangage Mwakazi, who died at Mraru, on 1st October, 2005. CAUSE No. El 1 OF 2022 By (1) Charles Matasa and (2) Arnold Shangala Kisombe, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Kisombe Matasa alias Kisombe Matasa, who died at Ndome Sub-location, on 30th April, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
