TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E3 OF 2022 By Terry Joy Kananu, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Elain, who died at Kaptembwo, on 18th November, 2017. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2022 By Agnes Talaso Andrew, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abdub Gollo Kalacha, who died at North Horr, on 14th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
