TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E96 OF 2021 By (1) John Kiriro Njuguna, (2) Mary Wanjiru Njuguna, (3) Samuel Nduati Njuguna and (4) Agnes Njoki Njuguna, all of P.O. Box 1814, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased's children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Wanjiru Njuguna, who died at Nyondia, on 16th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
