TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 220 OF 2022 By Rachael Wairimu Mwangi, of P.O. Box 20-20321, Rumuruti in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Njoki Mwangi, late of Wangwachi Location, who died at Kabati, on 2nd July, 2020. CAUSE No. 225 OF 2022 By (1) Moses Kiriro Muhoya and (2) Eunice Waithira Kiriro, both of P.O. Box 61, Subukia in Kenya, the deceased's father and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Ng'ang'a Kiriro, late of Subukia Location, who died at District Hospital, Nyahururu in Kenya, on 13th March, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
