TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E110 OF 2021 By (1) Janed Duta Njuguna and (2) Cecilia Njeri Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 30112-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's mother and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dominic Kinyanjui Njuguna, who died at Athi River, on 21st February, 2016. CAUSE No. El 2 OF 2022 By (1) Margaret Wambui Kamau and (2) Daniel Gichuhi Kamau, both of P.O. Box 21-01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kamau Gichuhi alias Gichuhi David Kamau, late of Gatundu, who died at District Hospital, Gatundu in Kenya, on 24th July, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
