TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 78 of 2022 By (1) Charles Maina Njuguna, (2) Joseph Pokidang Rotino and (3) Antony Ngige Kimani, all of P.O. Box 32-30215, Kesogon in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Njuguna Mbaki, who died at Cherangany Nursing Home, on 14th September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
