TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E997 OF 2021 By Fredrick Oluoch Hongo, of P.O. Box 1921-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gordon Anyango alias Anyango Olele, who died at Nyalunya Sub- location, on 10th June, 1993. CAUSE No. E1161 OF 2022 By Silpher Atieno Ondiek, of P.O. Box 1921, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the eatate of Joshwa Ondiek Olima, who died on 16th February, 1997. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
