TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. El 176 OF 2021 By Doris Achola Nyabola, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Owino Sigu, who died at Mayenya Location, on 6th November, 1992. CAUSE No. E261 OF 2022 By Mathias Agolla Orinda, of P.O. Box 1490, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Orinda alias Nicholas Orinda Okelo alias Nicholas Orinda alias Nicolus Orinda Okelo, who died on 10th April, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
