TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E152 OF 2022 By David Ochieng Osumba, of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maurice Osumba Abwao alias Osumba Obwao, late of Kanyuto Korando "B", who died there on 5th February, 1994. CAUSE No.E161 OF 2022 By Hesbon Ogembo Otiende, of P.O. Box 70, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Remjius Aringo Ongondo, who died on 16th February, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
