TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 403 OF 2021 By (1) Irene Mokeira Onchwari and (2) Eunice Kwamboka Onchwari, both of P.O. Box 80812-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dominic Masese Guto, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 6th August, 2021. CAUSE No. 36 OF 2022 By (1) Zainab Waitherero and (2) Jurgen Robert Oswald, the daughter and widower, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sharifa Wangari Mohamed, who died at Mtwapa, on 4th May, 2021. CAUSE No. 39 OF 2022 By (1) Janet Katungee Mutwii and (2) Franco Mwoki Mwambua, both of P.O. Box 80813-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widow and cousin, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Musili Nyamai, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 30th November, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
