TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 33 OF 2022 By (1) Constance Mlongo Nyiro, (2) Everline Maku Nyiro and (3) Victor Mwagona Nyiro, all of P.O. Box 84597-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Mwangonde Nyiro, who died at Coast General Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 17th May, 2020. CAUSE No. E64 OF 2022 By Weddy Njeri Rucha, of P.O. Box 94611-80115, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Birya Mwakombe Birya, who died at Buxton, Mombasa, on 31st January, 2017. CAUSE NO. E078 OF 2022 By (1) Aloice Mwangemi, (2) Consolata Nyambura Nyambu, (3) Ruth Wanjala Shewera and (4) Hesbon Nyambu Mwangemi, the deceased's father, mother, widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lyno Mughanga Mwangemi, who died at Mto wa Mwagodi, Mwatate, on 25th December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
