TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E34 OF 2021 By (1) John Kipyegon Rono and (2) Ireni Cherono Korgoren, both of P.O. Box 284, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaiah Kiprono Korgoren alias Kiprono arap Korgoren, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 24th March, 2011. CAUSE No. E12 OF 2022 By John Kiplangat Chepkwony, of P.O. Box 85, Silibwet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marindany Chepkwony Kirwa alias Chekwony Kirwa, who died at Mugango, on 13th January, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
