TAKE NOTICE that an application having been miide in this court in: CAUSE No. El6 OF 2021 By Grace Wambui Karunditu, of P.O. Box 53, Baricho in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karunditu Nyamu, late of Maitharu, who died there on 19th June, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
