E41 OF 2022 By Jackson Obere Okworo, the deceased’s stepson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Opiyo Matera, who died on 20th February, 2010. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2022 By Jackson Obere Okworo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Onyango Matera alias Samuel Onyango Matera, who died on 22nd January, 2020. CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2022 By Damaris Atieno Ogina, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekia Ogina alias Hezekia Ogina, who died on 9th November, 2019. CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2022 By Caren Arwa Okomo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nashon Okomo Ngaji alias Nashon Okomo, who died on 7th April, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
