TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2022 By (1) Mwita Weibe, (2) Wambura Weibe Masero and (3) Stephen Matinde Joel Weibe, both of P.O. Box 32, Ntimaru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waibe Masero, who died at Wangirabose, on 18th October, 1984. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2022 By Mogendi Njoroge Masiaga, of P.O. Box 1, Kegonga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Catherine Mbusiro alias Caselina Bosiro w/o Mogendi, who died on 12th January, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
