Box 13, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boiyot arap Maritim, who died at Chepkochum, on 1st January, 2005. CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2021 By Wilson Kipsiele Chepkwony, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Taputany Chepkoech Chepkogen, who died at Litein Hospital in Kenya, on 5th November, 2004. CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2021 By Ronald Cheruiyot Kigen, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Cheroigin Mibei alias Ruth C. Cheroigin, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 1st November, 1996, CAUSE NO. E123 OF 2021 By Joseph Kimutai Chepkwony, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Chepkirui w/o Bogita alias Elizabeth Chepkurui Bogita, who died at Letein, on 5th July, 1988. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2022 By (1) Johnstone Kibii Ngeno, (2) Francis Kiplangat Ngeno and (3) Kiprotich Ngeno Bern, all of P.O. Box 295, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplangat arap Sigei alias Kiplangat arap Sige alias Kiplangat Sigei, who died at Kaplong Hospital in Kenya, on 7th October, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
