CAUSE NO. 45 OF 2021 By Prodas Wabakalwa Webakila, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Webakila Makwingwi, who died at Nabikoto Sub-location, in 1962. CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2021 By (1) Margaret Nabangala Wangila and (2) Ben Simiyu Wangila, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Desterio Wangila Wekesa, who died at Mbakalo, 8th November, 1995. CAUSE NO. 15 OF 2022 By Gerald John Musoke, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholaus Nabukhu Siomanga alias Nicholas Wasiomanga Nabukhu, who died at Kimilili Town, on 22nd March, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
