E11 OF 2022 By John Chungulu Anzigale, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jotham Anzigale Egadize alias Jotham Gadize, who died at Wamuluma Sub-location, on 2nd June, 1988. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2021 By Elikana Sikunga Otiala, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Otiala alias Samwel Elikana Otiala, who died at Khusikulu Sub-location, on 19th November, 2008. CAUSE NO. 3 OF 2022 By Zedekia Machiwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Machiwa Anyasi alias Robert Muchilwa Anyasi, who died at Enusire Sub-location, on 16th November, 2019. CAUSE NO. 96 OF 2022 By Zedekiah Adebe Rasto, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erasto Muloma Adika alias Erasto Adika, who died at Mukingi Sub-location, on 18th October, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
