TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2022 By Perpetwa Akumu Omolo, of P.O. Box 23–40111, Pap Onditi in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonard Odhiambo Omolo, who died at Mediforte Hospital, on 20th May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
