Box 1–90125, Kikima in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Mutuva Kiluu, late of Mbooni, who died at Ngei Road Nursing Home in Kenya, on 22nd January, 1997. CAUSE NO. 39 OF 2021 By (1) James Mutuku Mutungi and (2) Alex Keli Mutungi, both of P.O. Box 2916–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutungi Maingi, late of Machakos, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 16th November, 1984. CAUSE NO. 7 OF 2022 By (1) Rose Nthenya Mulwa and (2) Janet Mwikali Mulwa, both of P.O. Box 2477, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Mulwa Musyoki, who died at Ngiluni, Tawa, on 1st September, 2009. CAUSE NO. 10 OF 2022 By (1) Richard Ndolo Mutua and (2) Pascaline Kavindu Mutua, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutua Kiema Michael, late of Waia, who died at Makueni General Hospital in Kenya, on 15th March, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
