TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 161 OF 2019 By Helena Wanjiru Kiura, of P.O. Box 22, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Miano Mwai, who died on 20th November, 2013. CAUSE NO. 35 OF 2021 By (1) Allan Mboi Gichubi and (2) Ethan Gichubi Gichubi, both of P.O. Box 19, Kiamutugu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gicubi Kangi alias Robert Gicubi Kangi, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 11th March, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
