TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2022 By (1) Beatrice Kavuu Muindi and (2) Damaris Tamali Mwaniki, both of P.O. Box 302, Mtito Andei in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Mutisya Kitheka, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd September, 2016. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2022 By Ndimu Mukumbu Mutaki, of P.O. Box 39–90137, Kibwezi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Mukumbu Mutaki, who died at Mikuyuni Sub-location, on 23rd April, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
