TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2021 By Julius Kiio Mukeku, of P.O. Box 90, Emali in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukeku Mutua Mukai, who died at Dr. Onyango Nursing Home, on 20th April, 1993. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2022 By James Mutua Wambua, of P.O. Box 55, Ngwata in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambua Kala Lumi alias Wambua Kala Lumba alias Wambua Kala, who died at Mbeletu, Emali, on 2nd July, 2007. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2022 By(1) Twili Muindi Kyalo and (2) Stephen Wambua Muindi, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Muindi Kiindu alias Muindi Kyalo Kiindu, late of Kibwezi, who died at Makueni County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd February, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
