TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 2 OF 2022 By (1) Mary Bochere Mogusu and (2) Mercy Moragwa Mogusu, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Omwoyo, who died at Bassi Masige East Location, on 16th January, 2020. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2022 By Caleb Mairura Angonga, of P.O. Box 8232–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Mosero Mairura alias Eunice Mosero, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd January, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
