TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2022 By Zacharia Samita Wanakacha, of P.O. Box 70, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ben Wanakacha, who died at Mihuu Sub-location, on 13th March, 1997. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2022 By Margaret Esther Katila Misiko, of P.O. Box 957, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Manyonge Wamocha, who died at Sitikho Sub-location, on 3rd October, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
